Nies Remodel was recommended to us by another loft owner at the Lofts of St. Francis when my wife and I  decided the only thing we disliked about our wonderful new loft was the tub-shower combination rather than just a large mostly glass shower.

Being only part time residences we needed a contractor that did not require us to "hold their hands" to do the job we had in mind.  Greg and Ed were outstanding to work with and had the expertise to make decisions without frequently having to call us regarding each detail.
